Okay...I am admittedly not the biggest deli fan. I have gone to a lot of the "best" establishments in NYC, but am not totally impressed typically. The meat just seems dry and lacks flavor. Not here.
I ordered the corned beef NY style on a garlic bagel. It was enormous (as it should be), but a total flavor explosion in my mouth. I mean I want to take it on a date it is so good! The meat is juicy and clearly crafted with care and perfect seasonings. The bagel was perfection. I totally don't want to leave this magical place.
So for all of my fellow deli skeptics, try this place out. You will be a believer!!! -

Another morning where the doors were not open at 6:00AM, and once they did open, 6:10, we were warned that the bagels would not be ready for a while because the oven was broken over night.
The bagels are really good, but unlike Einstein's these guys are rarely ready with bagels until an hour after they open. -

This was the first and last time I order takeout. I have become a frequent flyer here over the past few weeks and usually their food is very delightful. However, when I made my first takeout order that wasn't the case I ordered French toast eggs and bacon. Upon arriving to the restaurant I stood at the counter for about three minutes and a female employee walked up did not speak checked something on the register. I spoke to her and she said Hi back. She then walked away and came back to the register with a male employee who did not speak as they starred at something on the register. They walked away once more. Then another female employee walked up and gave a male waiting his order and said someone would be with me. The male employee who didn't speak or say anything prior came back up and said hello. I told him O had a call in order he rang me out and I left. Upon getting home I began eating my French toast and part of it seemed up be uncooked meaning still wet. Needless to say it ruined my appetite so I threw all the food away. I didn't bother calling because based on my experience picking up no one would have cared anyway. I will never order take out there again outside of the French toast not being done the service sucked. Someone could've spoke and said someone will be with you. It took someone walking away three times for that. Initially, dining in even with a wait I was at least greeted so maybe that's their take on customer service but if I do eat at this location again I will dine in only but that's just one experience. Could've been a bad day but it won't happen twice. Hopefully this was just an isolated event with both the food and service.

I've been here now twice and I think it's safe to say these folks do the best bagels in Atlanta.
For those that don't know Goldbergs has been in Atlanta since 1972 and this location off of West Paces is considered their busiest location. One bite of their bagels you can see why. Its got great texture. Paper thin skin with a hint of crunch. Chewy middle but not so chewy where you feel like you're eating a wet paper towel. Great coffee all day long and friendly services and customers....you really can't go wrong coming here. -

Illiterate AF. I ordered chicken fingers with fries and a side of bbq sauce. Received BURNED chicken fingers with a 1.5oz side of apple sauce (not ordered). No fries, no dipping sauce, and the burned to the point of dried out chicken was inedible. All to be out Ubereats delivery charges, restaurant's preparation fee (to screw up the order no less) and the driver tip, as it was not her fault that Goldberg's cannot read.
Buyer beware-and p.s. their 'fresh squeezed juice' is just a bottle of Simply. Customers love a bait and switch!
